The Granny Fayes Story
Built on one technologist's obsession with better batter.
Granny Fayes started with Ken Evans, a food technologist who emigrated from England and had a singular obsession - making the best batter in New Zealand.
Ken named the brand after his late wife. When Milligans purchased Granny Fayes in 2004, Ken insisted the brand name stay.
Milligans moved the operation to Oamaru, invested in the range, and got to work. Twenty years on, Granny Fayes is distributed throughout New Zealand from our centres in Auckland and Oamaru.
